Meine Lieben – ganz wichtige Info.

Also her mit euren Feedback und euren Fragen 🙂 .

SkinCeuticals – Part 1

It’s not a secret that my skin is becoming more and more important the older I get. Unfortunately, back in the days when I was growing up I wasn’t aware of how important it was to look after my skin.

Since I turned 30 though, I really do look after my skin – way too late but better late than never, right? I have teamed up with SAN Medical Center in Salzburg and SkinCeuticals in order to give you guys an insight on what treatments are possible and most important what can be changed. I asked my esthetician what she had planned for me in order to change and improve the issues that bother me most, which is hyperpigmentation (due to the sun and aging).  We began with a skin analysis with the SkinScope in order to evaluate the skin and the issues using a black light. Wow, that was scary to see all kinds of things I never imagined I had on my face!!!

After looking deeper into the issues, we agreed to begin with a pigment balancing peeling. This does wonders for skin retexturing and improves the uneven skin tone. Our goal is to begin with 3-5 treatments to see how my skin reacts and improves over this time period. Keep in mind the time a year. This plays a key role to this type of facial treatment, ideally it’s when sun exposure is not as intense; end of fall into spring. In between, we will try 2-3 microneedling sessions to enhance the treatment by improving collagen and rejuvenating the skin. Of course, treatment plans and results can vary from person to person depending on how intense the skin discoloration really is and how exposed you are to the sun. I’m excited to get started and share my results.

Stay tuned for the final treatment and report coming up in Decemeber! Until then, use the time and ask questions, put in requests on what I should try for you guys. Feel free to contact us at any time!!!!!!
